In - Store Returns Policy

Sun Tan Village thanks you for doing business with us! We appreciate you as a client and hope to see you back again! If you have any questions about our returns policy, please contact Kirsten at 931-526-2442.

All Sales are final policy - Tanning Services such as, single tans, spray tanning services, memberships, 30 day packages, and all other services at Sun Tan Village follow a final sale policy which states that once clients make a purchase, they will not be able to return that item for a replacement or refund.

Responsibility of Payment Policy:

1. All EFT memberships are continuous and NEVER expire. This is agreed upon the person at sign up, with signature and card on file. Person(s) are required a minimum of 6 bank drafts, with no exceptions... even if medical, personal, physical, or emotional issues arise. 

2. All purchases of tanning packages, minute bundles, and EFT memberships are in the ownership of the person who made the purchase, or the name of the person on the card information when the package(s) are/were purchased. Transfer of packages from one account to another is only allowed if deemed so my manager approval and only to those with ownership of purchased items.

No refunds or exchanges on products. Sun Tan Village is dedicated to providing a clean and safe environment for all clients. We do not accept refunds or exchanges on products once purchased. Please purchase a packet if you are unsure of a product or ask one of our sales professionals for advice on the best products!
